To achieve smoky eyes:
First cover your entire eye
lid with a pearly high lite color. Or, you may use a dot of foundation
on your eyelid.
Blend and set it with a powder.
With an eye shadow
pencil, start with little dotty lines along the lash roots beginning
at the out corner of the eye and feathering it in lightly towards
the inner eye.
Then smudge the line into the roots of the lashes
with an applicator brush or your finger.
Put a shadow color
of your choice over the pencil line.
You’ve got your smoky
eyes!
By using the same color shadow as the eye pencil you deepen
the color effect and it keeps the line in place.
- To compliment your eye color and accentuate your eye shape: use a
colored shadow along the root line of your lashes.
- To achieve a perfect eyeliner line:
Look down slightly, raise your
eyebrows and start the line at the end point which is the outer corner
of your eye and work in towards your nose.
